Here's how to log in to your PayPal account and cancel your
automatically-renewing Bike Project membership.
An auto-renewing membership automatically charges your PayPal account (and thus your credit card or bank account) every year.
PayPal refers to this as a "recurring payment" or "subscription".
Note: Your current membership privileges, which you have paid for in the past, will be unaffected and will continue
until the end of the already-paid term. The instructions below cancel all
future automatic payments for this membership.
How to stop future payments on auto-renewing Bike Project membership subscriptions:
- Point your web browser to www.paypal.com and log in to your PayPal account.
- Click on "History" or "History:Basic Search" in the main PayPal menu (the
main menu is the horizontal strip that starts with entries "Overview", "Add Funds" ...).
- Then, select...
Show: Subscriptions
Within: The past year
...and click on "Search".
- In the resulting listing, click the "Details" link for the appropriate
subscription.
- Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button which appears in the resulting description screen for active
subscriptions.
